Warranty​

Our wheels are built to last, with each wheelset individually handbuilt. Therefore, we’re happy to offer a five-year warranty across all our wheels. This covers any material or workmanship failures or flaws. The warranty period begins from the day you receive your wheels.

The warranty is applicable to all parts including but not limited to rims, hubs, spares and accessories. It applies to only the individual or business who bought the wheelset directly from us and it is not transferable upon resale of a wheelset, unless by prior commercial agreement with Zolla Wheels Limited.

Parts subject to normal wear and tear (including but not limited to bearings, disk rotors, tubeless tape, tyres etc.) through regular use are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty is not applicable in the following circumstances:

• Wheels, parts or accessories that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained
• Wheels, parts or accessories that have sustained damage by a crash, impact, abuse, or improper use
• Wheels, parts or accessories that have been modified, except where it could be considered routine maintenance and was performed by a qualified mechanic
• Wheels, parts or accessories used for commercial or rental purposes
