Description
This free-route race is fairly self-explanatory, linking three checkpoints in three different European mountain ranges - the Dolomites, Massif Central and Pyrenees. With this comes an intriguing route-planning predicament, with riders having to balance the benefits of more direct routes with the inevitable extra climbing they involve. But whatever choices they make, high passes are guaranteed, as well as some stunning descents.
