Description
Following the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, the Tour Divide is one of the defining self-supported ultra-endurance races on the planet. The route can be ridden at any time, with a Grand Depart in June. Those intending to race from the Grand Depart are encouraged to submit letters of intent to 'disorganizer' Matthew Lee. Won in 2022 by Sofiane Sehili, the route record still belongs to the late Mike Hall - founder of the Transcontinental Race. He remains the only rider ever to have finished under 14 days.The fastest woman's time is Lael Wilcox in 15 days, 10 hours, and 59 minutes.
