Where will I collect my tracker?

You can collect your tracker at the Tor Divide registration before starting the ride (between 7am and 9am) from the event organisers.

How do I return my tracker?

Either hand your tracker back to the organisers at the finish or post it back directly to Follow My Challenge, 16 Haygarth Close, Cirencester, GL7 1WY.

How do the trackers work?

You can read the user guide and watch a short video here. But they are very easy to use, so you pretty much can just switch them on and start riding.

This isn’t a race so why would I need tracking?

Lots of events that are non-competitive use tracking as it’s a great way for friends and family to follow the progress of riders, helping to bring the event to life for them. And even in non-competitive events, there’s often some interest in different individuals’ performances, especially across a challenging and varied route.

Is the tracking for safety?

No, the Follow My Challenge tracking is meant to inform and entertain rather than provide a safety net. The trackers do not come equipped with SOS buttons and the existence of tracking should not influence any decisions you make regarding your safety.

Where can I follow the tracking?

There will be a link shared to the live tracking map in the weeks preceding the event. It will also be embedded on the Zolla website.
